Accordingly, the finals of Miss Universe Vietnam 2018 will take place from late December 2017 to early January 2018; the final night is slated to be held on January 6, 2018 at the Crown Convention Center of Diamond Bay (Phuoc Dong Commune, Nha Trang).

The pageant was previously planned to take place on December 2 with the participation of 45 candidates. After the semi-final night, 45 finalists took part in the charity activities in Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan and Phu Yen.
