The theme of this year Spring Special Publication of Khanh Hoa Newspaper is the aspirations for New Year. The publication includes the articles on the talks of Khanh Hoa’s leaders on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2018; young people and their aspirations; traditional and modern cultural features of Vietnamese during Tet holidays.
