The project was approved by Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee in 2009. It was partly complemented in 2012 and 2013 with VND17.8 billion and was suspended afterwards due to lack of funds. Khanh Hoa Province has recently provided funds for the project to continue being carried out.

Reportedly, the investment cost of this renovation project is over VND70.6 billion.
