On April 15, Khanh Hoa Provincial Children’s House organized the fifth music festival for blind people in the province.
Joining the festival were eight units, including the associations for the blind of Cam Ranh, Ninh Hoa, Nha Trang, Van Ninh, Khanh Vinh, Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Sponsoring Center; Khanh Hoa Provincial Rehabilitation & Education Center for Children with Disabilities; Ninh Hoa Town Center for Social Sponsoring & Social Affairs. At the festival, members of eight units performed 16 music items.

At the end of the festival, the organization committee gave one first prize, one second prize, one third prize, and five consolation prizes to the outstanding teams.
