The set includes two stamps. The first stamp illustrates the diplomatic ties between Vietnam and France, designed by Reika Firrincieli, student of French International Alexandre Yersin School in Hanoi. The second one, designed by Elite Culturelle du Vietnam – ECV, features the symbol of the fifth year of the establishment of Vietnam-France strategic partnership.
This is the fourth joint issue released by the Vietnamese Embassy in France and La Poste. The previous sets of stamps were released in 2008, 2013, and 2015.
