The time for registration and submission of entries is from July 1 to August 31. The theme of the contest is tourism, culture, cuisine, and entertainment, etc. In the qualification round (taking place on September 15), the organization committee will choose 100 outstanding entries for the semi-finals and finals. The announcement of winners and awarding ceremony will be organized on December 16.

A 12-episode series introducing the entries qualifying for the qualification, semi-final, and final round will be broadcast on KTV from September 15 to December 15.
