The course is lectured by the lecturers of Khanh Hoa University, traffic police (Nha Trang Police), and the city Bureau of Culture and Information. The taxi and pedicab drivers are trained about the behavior towards tourists and behavior in traffic, etc.

At present, Nha Trang has 1,900 taxi drivers of 11 businesses and more than 150 pedicab drivers. In the first nine months of this year, Nha Trang received the visit of over 4.6 million tourists. Taxi and pedicab drivers play an important role in promoting the tourism of the city.
