On October 20, Khanh Hoa Library in association with the family of late writer Quach Tan organized a book launch to introduce the third reprint of Land of Aloeswood.
Land of Aloeswood is the work of late writer Quach Tan writing about his knowledge of history, geography, ancient landscape, life of people in Khanh Hoa Province. Quach Tan wrote Land of Aloeswood during 1935 to 1945. The book was issued by by La Boi Publishing House in 1969 and was reprinted in 1992 and 2002.
The third reprint, published by Da Nang Publishing House, has more than 700 pages in which over 200 pages are the added appendix about the stories and articles related to the late writer and the book.
At the book launch, Quach Giao, Quach Tan’s son, offered five works of the late writer to the provincial Library.
