The music and art clubs under Khanh Hoa Provincial Cultural Center have become a meaningful rendezvous for people who love music and arts in Khanh Hoa.
The Provincial Cultural Center of Khanh Hoa at present comprises 20 music and art clubs with more than 1,000 members. The clubs of Bài Chòi, unicorn-lion-dragon dance, music, poetry, and modern dance; band and Bien Xanh Music Center have had relatively outstanding activities. Some clubs even opened branches at the localities.
In 2018, the center formed Ví Giặm Singing Club (Ví and Giặm folk songs of Nghe Tinh Province were inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity), Love Duets Singing Club, and Hip-hop Club. As planned, the forthcoming clubs will be MC Club and Mua Bong Roi (associated with religious practice of worshipping goddesses in the South of Vietnam) Club. These clubs connected the people who have passion for music and art; provided them a job with steady source of income and helped them to exchange and improve their skills.

The programs of these music and art clubs have helped to improve the quality of the spiritual life of the public; preserve and promote the values of traditional art forms. Last year, the Traditional Art Club prepared and held 81 art programs serving the locals and tourists every Saturday and Sunday at 2-4 Square, Nha Trang. Many programs of the Music Club were introduced on the local radio and television channels. The members of Youth Singer Club, Love Duet, Ví Giặm, Hip-hop, Magic, Don ca tai tu (traditional improvisational chamber music) Clubs, etc. actively took part in the organizing street art programs at the beach park opposite Tue Tinh Street, Nha Trang. Bien Xanh Music Center organized one organ – piano – guitar festival; other clubs held monthly activities with practical contents. Besides, the clubs also took part in many main cultural programs such as cultural week, public art festival, and cultural day of ethnic communities.
In 2019, the music and art clubs of Khanh Hoa Provincial Cultural Center will take part in some big events of the province and the regions with changes of form and content. In order to improve the activities of the clubs, the center has proposed that the provincial Department of Culture and Sports organize training courses and open clubs of art kite, art sketch, and xoan singing, etc.
