There are 15 ethnic groups living in Khanh Vinh District, in which Raglai people make up 43.3% of the population. Every year, on the occasions of traditional festivals, the district organizes numerous activities to preserve and promote the tangible and intangible culture of the ethnic minorities in the locality.

Since 2008, the district has opened ten Raglai language classes for 700 officials, public servants and teachers. More than VND60.5 million was spent on holding exhibitions and contests on cultural heritages in Khanh Vinh District from 2015 to 2018.
