The festival is scheduled to open at the provincial Conference Center at 8pm on March 28, 2020 and close on March 30. 25 activities are planned to take place during the festival, including unicorn-lion-dragon dance, ao dai show, exhibitions, folk games, and street art performances, etc.

At the meeting, Nguyen Dac Tai approved the organization of the folk cultural festival. The provincial Department of Culture and Sports was directed to call for other responding activities from the localities, organizations, and businesses; prepare the detailed plan for the festival and submit to the provincial People’s Committee.
