A total of 671 artists over the country are nominated this time. Khanh Hoa Province has eight artists in the nomination list for Meritorious Artist title, namely Tran Thi A, Do Van Bay, Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, Nguyen Thanh Dung, Le Thi Mai, Do Thi Chin, Nguyen Tuan Anh, Tran Thi Bach Lan.
