Specifically, readers and other people visiting the library have to have COVID-19 green or yellow cards; scan QR code; obey 5K regulation; and avoid crowd gathering.
The library is only serving about 100 visitors per day, equivalent to 50% of its usual capacity. The visitors have to keep a distance of at least 2 meters from each other. Currently, the library is still closed to visitors under 18 years old.
