- Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam on November 4, 2021 signed Decision No. 1862 on organizing Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day on April 21 every year at a national scale. 2022 is the first year Khanh Hoa has organized activities responding to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in the province.
The organization of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day aims to affirm the role and importance of books in improving knowledge and skills and developing reading movement in the community; create a favorable reading environment; form reading habits in families, schools, and organizations.
