Nha Trang City People’s Committee on March 29 organized a 150-minute art show about the construction and development of Nha Trang City in the past 45 years.
The art show was one of the series of activities to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Nha Trang Town being upgraded to city status (March 30, 1977 – March 30, 2022). On this occasion, the city has also launched an emulation program to implement Resolution No. 09, dated January 28, 2022, of the Politburo on the construction and development of Khanh Hoa Province to 2030, with a vision to 2045. The art show partly reflected process of formation and development of Nha Trang and the achievements of the City Party Committee, administration and people of the city in the past 45 years. The show also created an exciting and joyful atmosphere, motivating all classes of people in the city to strive to develop Nha Trang better and better.

The show was elaborately and carefully organized with many art genres, performed by the singers and actors of Nha Trang City Center of Culture, Information and Sports and Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe. The singing, dancing and fashion performances generally introduced the unique culture, potential, strength in tourism of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa to both local people and tourists.
The art show included 16 performances divided into two parts. Part 1 featured four performances presenting the faith of Nha Trang people and armies in the ideals of the Party and Uncle Ho. In part 2, the cross-cultural features between sea and island culture with plateau culture, plain culture and mountain culture in Nha Trang were highlighted through carefully prepared costumes and props.
It can be seen that Nha Trang is changing day by day to catch up with other tourist cities. During the process of transformation, Nha Trang has still retained its cultural beauties, gentle and friendly lifestyle so that visitors to Nha Trang will always have good memories of the city.
