The festival was joined by 9 bands of 27 communes and wards in the city with nearly 50 young amateur instrumentalists and singers.

At the end of the festival, the organization committee gave 1 prize A, 2 prizes B, 3 prizes C and 3 consolation prizes to the bands with good performances.
