Asian record certificate given to Nem nuong Ninh Hoa

The Asia Book of Records recently organized a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City to award 10 new Asian record certificates on Vietnamese cuisine and gift specialties. Nem nuong (grilled pork rolls) Ninh Hoa is among the awarded 10.

The 10 new Asian records include 5 specialties namely Nem nuong Ninh Hoa (Khanh Hoa Province), Saigon bread (Ho Chi Minh City), Com hen or rice with baby clams  (Thua Thien-Hue Province), Lau Tha Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan Province), and Bun nuoc leo (Soc Trang Province); and 5 natural and gift specialties namely Com lang Vong (Hanoi); Soft dried sweet potato (Quang Binh Province); Me xung (Thua Thien-Hue Province); Da Lat strawberry (Lam Dong Province); and Tra Cuon Banh tet (sticky rice cake) (Tra Vinh Province).
