Khanh Hoa welcoming artists and film-makers attending Golden Kite Awards 2024 

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a welcoming ceremony for the artists and film-makers attending the awarding ceremony of the 2024 Golden Kite Awards 2024 at Champa Island Nha Trang on September 9. Present at the ceremony were Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Huu Hoang - Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Hoa Nam - Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of some central agencies; international guests; Vietnam Cinema Association; leaders of some departments and sectors in the province; representatives of the businesses supporting the awarding ceremony; many domestic and foreign artists and film-makers.

Speaking at the ceremony, Le Huu Hoang, on behalf of the province’s leaders, welcomed the representatives, artists and film-makers attending the awarding ceremony of the 2024 Golden Kite Awards. This is an outstanding cultural event of the year in Khanh Hoa Province and is also the first step to turn Nha Trang City into a film city in the future. Hoang hoped that, the representatives, artists and film-makers will introduce and promote the images of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa more widely after their stay and experience in the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang.

Besides the awarding ceremony taking place at Do Theater (Vega City), Nha Trang on September 10 evening, the 2024 Golden Kite Awards 2024 features some activities such as a workshop on the progress of Vietnam’s cinema since the country's reunification, charity activities of artists and businesses co-organizing the 2024 awards at Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Patronization Center and Nha Trang SOS Children's Village, red carpet, and a music program at Do Theater.

On this occasion, the leaders of Vietnam Cinema Association presented souvenirs to the international guests and expressed their gratitude to the businesses that have contributed to the organization of the 2024 Golden Kite Awards.
