The festival was joined by nearly 200 people with disabilities from 10 units, including Ninh Hoa Town Association for the Blind, Provincial Center for Social Protection and Social Work, Dien Khanh District Association for People with Disabilities, Provincial Rehabilitation Education Center for Children with Disabilities, Nha Trang City Association for the Blind, Provincial Social Protection, Care and Rehabilitation Center for Mentally Ill People, etc. They performed with traditional musical instruments (monochord, 2-chord guitar, 2-chord fiddle, bamboo flute, etc.), performed dances, sang songs about love for the homeland, performed short dramas, and so on.

The performances of the disadvantaged touched the audience. Rising above personal adversities, the people with disabilities remain optimistic and aspire to bring positive contributions to life. Music is a way to help them communicate, show their talent and love towards life, connecting them with other people.
