Culture and Sea Tourism Festival 2025 honors Khanh Hoa’s culture and beauty 

On May 5, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued the organization plan of the 2025 Culture and Sea Tourism Festival, which is an alternative to Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2025. Accordingly, the Culture and Sea Tourism Festival aims to honor and introduce the cultural features, natural beauty of Khanh Hoa Province and its people. Dinh Van Thieu, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had has an interview with Khanh Hoa Newspaper about the 2025 Culture and Sea Tourism Festival.

-    The 2025 Culture and Sea Tourism Festival is expected to attract tourists to Khanh Hoa through a series of diverse and unique activities and events. This is also an opportunity for the province to promote our potential, strengths and sustainable development of tourism economy. The festival also opens up opportunities for cooperation in tourism development between Khanh Hoa and other provinces and cities domestically and internationally; strengthen and expand local and regional cooperation; and build a civilized and friendly tourism environment. The festival’s activities and events will be organized on a large scale with quality, rich in content and diverse in form to attract participants and appeal to tourists.

-    What are the main theme and impressive features of the festival?

- The 2025 Culture and Sea Tourism Festival will take place mostly in Nha Trang City (2-4 Square and the parks along Tran Phu Street) with 36 activities and events throughout June. The main theme of the festival is “Nha Trang say Hi”, with 36 events and activities, including main events such as “Nha Trang say Hi” music festival (June 7); international cultural exchange program (June 8); carnival festival (June 9).

In addition, the festival will feature a variety of events and activities highlighting the cultural richness of Khanh Hoa and its people, including public performance of dancesport; Aloeswood Festival; Nha Trang international beach volleyball tournament - Sanest and Sanvinest Khanh Hoa Cup; international cuisine festival; Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Festival; the 2nd Sea Star Nha Trang Bay swimming race; Khanh Hoa book street; releasing offspring to regenerate aquatic resources; announcement ceremony recognizing Po Nagar Temple as a special national monument; Miss Universe Vietnam 2025; Victory Challenge 2025 sports and off-road race; Unique Nha Trang H-Marathon 2025; and International Yoga Day. Especially, there is high-altitude firework display following the music festival on June 7 night.

The Provincial Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism cooperates with units and localities to proactively develop the organization plan of the festival’s activities and events effectively; introduce and advertise the activities and events of the 2025 Culture and Sea Tourism Festival.
