On June 5, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Food Festival to be live-streamed

Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Food Festival organized by Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company takes place at Salanganes Nest Park (Pham Van Dong Street, Nha Trang City) on June 5. The festival includes salanganes nest food competition joined by 20 teams with top Vietnamese chefs.

Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Food Festival is scheduled to take place from 5pm to 9pm and will be live-streamed on Khanh Hoa Newspaper's Facebook fanpages (including Báo Khánh Hòa, Truyền hình Khánh Hòa and KTV -  Kết nối và phát triển).

At the food festival, the teams will process salanganes nests harvested from natural islands in Khanh Hoa’s waters into Vietnam’s special traditional dishes.
