On July 17, Nguyen Long Bien, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Party Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with leaders of the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Silk Fashion World Co. Ltd., (Ho Chi Minh City) about the organization of Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025.

At the meeting, the leader of Silk Fashion World Co. Ltd., proposed changing the time of the final round of Miss Ocean Vietnam 2025 from August 1 to 12 to September 11 to 20; the venue of the final night from Vinh Hy Bay (Vinh Hai Commune) to 2-4 Square (Nha Trang Ward).
The preliminary and semi-final rounds of the beauty contest takes place in Ho Chi Minh City from September 1 to 10; the final round takes place in Khanh Hoa Province from September 11 to 20. The final round is expected to have 30 to 40 contestants. The contestant crowned Miss Ocean will receive a crown, a cash prize of VND200 million and other prizes worth a total of VND1.5 billion. In addition, at the final night, the organizing committee will give the prizes for the 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up, 3rd runner-up, 4th runner-up and other secondary prizes.
Concluding the meeting, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Long Bien approved the proposal to adjust the time and venue for the final round and the final night of the contest. He also requested that the contest be related with images of nature and the ocean and that besides the final night, the organizing committee need to organize other activities such as artistic and culinary ones, etc. to promote images and typical products of Khanh Hoa, and so on.
