Khanh Hoa Province and Ulsan City have established a close and friendly relationship over many years. The two localities have signed memoranda of understanding for cooperation in socio-economic, cultural and other fields. In recent years, many arts troupes from Ulsan City visited and performed in Khanh Hoa Province. This attendance of Khanh Hoa Provincial Traditional Arts Theater in Ulsan City Arts Festival aims to further strengthen the relationship between the two localities and introduce the image of Khanh Hoa to the people in Ulsan City.
