For this Lunar New Year Festival, Yasaka-Saigon-Nhatrang Hotel will continuously make a record Tet cake (glutinous rice cake) with the length of 40 meters.
The record Tet cake will weigh 875 kilograms, made from 450 kilograms of glutinous rice, 73 kilograms of green beans, 23 kilograms of black beans, 23 kilograms of peanuts, 140 kilograms of pork, 600 bananas, 50 baby jackfruits, 100 kilograms of coconut meat, 23 kilograms of magenta leaves, 500 kilograms of banana leaves, 40 kilograms of strings and 8.3 cubic meters of water.

The cake will be cut and sold in front of the hotel at 6:00 pm, February 21, falling on the third day of the lunar new year.
