Reporter: Good morning, sir. Could you tell me about activities expected to be included in the Miss World Vietnam 2010 final?
Nguyen Trong Hien: Miss World Vietnam 2010 final will be held in Vinpearl Land, Nha Trang on 10 - 21 August, 2010. 35-40 winners of semi-finals held at home and abroad will come here. During the days of the final, all the contestants will have a chance to show their Vietnamese beauty to be rewarded special awards including Miss Photogenic, Miss Beach Tourism, Miss Friendly, Most Popular Viewer’s Votes and so on. The awards will contribute to the jury’s estimation of the participants’ beauty. In addition, many social activities will be held for the contestants to join. The winner will deserve admiration and affection. The final night, especially the interview round, on August 21 is expected to be very impressive.
Reporter: How about the preparation for the event?
Nguyen Trong Hien: Thorough preparation has been made. The preliminary rounds were held at home and abroad from June 27 to July 12. Domestic preliminary rounds took place in Tuyen Quang, Hanoi, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City and can Tho. The winners of each contest will gather in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to prepare for the semifinal. Vinpearl is ready for the event. With professional preparation and experience of hosting international and national events, Vinpearl will host successfully the final night of 2010 Miss World Vietnam pageant. The event will be a highlight in the run-up to the 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi.
