- Average Gross Domestic Product (GDP): 10.85%/year
- Average GDP in 2010: 1.500 USD/person
- In GDP, industry – construction: 43.5%, service – tourism: 43.5% and agriculture - forestry – aquaculture: 13%.
- State budget revenue: VND 7,000 billion
- Investment capital of the whole society after 5 years: over VND47,000 billion
- Industrial production value averagely rises by 12.4%/year and service – tourism production value averagely increases by 16,3%/year. In 2010, tourism turnover is more than VND1,750 billion and production value of agriculture – forestry – aquaculture rises by 5.5%/year on an average, getting an export turnover of USD600 million.
- 100% of medical stations in communes and wards have conformed the national standard; malnutrition rate in under-five-year-old children has felt to below 10%; fertility rate has dropped to 0.3‰.
- 95% of organizations and households and 50% of hamlets have come up cultural standards; 100% of the residential areas can receive radio and television waves; fixed telephone use rate: 24 phones/100 people; 100% of schools and hospitals have internet.
- Rate of poor households has declined to 1.5%; 25,000 laborers have been trained every year; rate of trained laborers makes up 35%.
- Militia has grown up in strength and scale, making up 1.6% of the population; sovereignty and national sea security and border have been kept safe.
- Party building mission and Party member management have been given a comprehensive care; 100% of wards, communes and towns have Party committee, 100% of hamlets have Party cell; 82% of Party organizations are pure and firm; more than 85% of the Party members have completed their mission; 6,240 have been admitted to the Party; 2,724 Party members have been sent to immediate and higher political courses; 3,017 have been trained their professional knowledge and 148 have been pursuing master and postgraduate’s courses.
