Founded in 1989, Khanh Hoa Provincial Employment Center has become a “Bridge” between employers and employees. Besides, it has also provided advice related to employment, labor export, vocational training, unemployment insurance, etc.

Khanh Hoa Employment Center has made great effort to collect employment information from companies and enterprises inside and outside Khanh Hoa Province, at home and abroad. In cooperation with the local Departments of Labor, Invalids & Social Affairs, the center has sent the employment information to job seekers. Besides, the center has cooperated with vocational schools to find skilled labor to meet employers’ labor demand.

In addition, job fairs have been held to create favorable conditions for employers and recruiters to meet with prospective job seekers. In 2010, the center has provided job consultancy for 8,230 people, made job recommendations to more than 2,200 people, helping to reduce an unemployment rate in Khanh Hoa.  The center has always enhanced and strengthened its relations with enterprises inside and outside the province, collecting information from 40-45 enterprises a month on average.

Moreover, via mass media, the center has provided information from labor export companies for job seekers in Korea, Japan, Malaysia, etc. In 2010, the center has recommended 375 people to work abroad, achieving 150% of its plan.

Apart from employment recommendation, the center has joined vocational training in such fields as industrial sewing, carpentry, sculpture, cell phone repair and so on. In 2010, 727 people were provided vocational training, fulfilling 111.85% of the plan.


The director of Khanh Hoa Employment Center said, “In the integration economic trend, the center has played a more and more important role in building bridges between employees and employees.” The center plans to create a labor market information system to meet job demand and supply. Particularly, the center will deal with unemployment insurance claims, assuring insurance benefits for workers.
