After 5 years of operation, Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company has developed strongly, confirming its position on the way of international integration.
Equitized from Ninh Hoa Sugar Mill, Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company has started operation since 2006. Initialy, the company had only a sugarcane area of 1.500 hectares with a productivity of 1,250 tons a day.
Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company always refines sugarcane area expansion as its main duty. Accordingly, the company has paid attention to scientific advance application with an aim to raise productivity and quality of sugarcane and done many researches to find out better sugarcane varieties.

Especially, to cement sugarcane growers, the company has a reasonable purchase and helps them to raise productivity and income. Good growers also are awarded and sent abroad to learn experience. The company so far has spent VND900 million on this activity. Therefore, the growers have a strong confidence in the company. Up to now, 2,500 sugarcane growing households with 6,825 hectares in two provinces Khanh Hoa and Dac Lac have become frequent material suppliers for the company.
Beside this, the company has invested much in improving technology and equipment to enhance its sugar process capacity. In 2009 and 2010 only, VND140 billion was spent to raise its capacity to 3,000 tons of sugarcane a day.
The proper investments during the past five years has brought the company high achievment. In the period of 2011 – 2015, the company plans to develop firm sugarcane growing areas supplying enough material for its capacity of 4,000 tons of sugarcane a day in 2015, forward mechanization in growing sugarcane. In addition, the company will produce microorganic fertilizer, NPK fertilizer and electricity from sugarcane bagasse and invest finance into sugar producing businesses in the region.
“In the coming time, the company will improve its human resource with policies to attract as well as training talents and skillful workers”, said General Director of the company Nguyen Thi Hoa.
