Located on the seaside street in the heart of Nha Trang City and being the first high-ranking commercial center in the city, Nha Trang Center (20 Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang) has become a favorite destination for shopping and entertainment.
The commercial center is an part of Hoan Cau complex building invested VND1,200 billion by Hoan Cau Khanh Hoa Co., Ltd. and Thanh Yen Joint Stock Company. The building with a construction area of 72,000 sq.m. includes three blocks. The support block (from the ground floor to the fourth) is the commercial center, which has been put into operation. The first tower block includes 266 four-star hotel rooms and the second tower block consists of 143 high-class apartments.
Four floors of the commercial center are very modern and luxury, satisfying shopping and entertainment demands for residents as well as tourits. The ground floor includes stores for high-grade clothes, jewelry, cosmetics, shoes and glasses. The outdoor space sees a coffee shop and fast-food stores such as KFC and Lotteria. The first and second floors are for Citimart Nha Trang, kids and home. The third and fourth ones are for food, drinks and entertainment (including game center, billards club, cinemas and karaoke).

“Gathering famous and high-grade goods, Nha Trang Center is expected to be first choice of tourists to Nha Trang as well as the residents”, General Director of Hoan Cau Ltd., Co. Le Dinh Tri said.
Along with the shopping center, the building has hotel rooms, apartments, gym, beauty care center and swimming pool. 143 apartments here which has been launched with a starting price of USD1,700 per sq.m. will be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2011.
