Hon Tam Nha Trang Sea Joint Stock Company has just signed an agreement on vacation exchange with Group RCI, Resort Condominiums International, the world’s largest and most experienced vacation exchange group.

Vacation ownership originated in France and then rapidly spreading out to North America, now connecting more than 6000 resorts and hotels in 100 countries worldwide.
Vaction ownership is also known as a timeshare. Customers who buy a timeshare with an RCI-affiliated developer have an option to become a paid member of RCI. Such membership entitles them to exchange their timeshare with other members.
Previously, In 2010, the US-based RCI Group, connected the three resorts of Ninh Van Bay Holiday Club Nha Trang into the global transaction network.

Adrian Lee, Managing Director of RCI Group in Asia, says with the vacation ownership, instead of making payment for every trip, buyers just have to pay once to obtain the right to use the “second home” for a certain time, depending on the service packages. Members have more flexibility and a variety of holiday choices.
Today, RCI Group has more than 3.8 million members worldwide, including 6 in Nha Trang, Da Lat, Phan Thiet and Hue in Vietnam.

The vacation exchange with Group RCI provides free advertisements in RCI publications. It means more than 3.8 million RCI members will know the resort. Requirement for RCI membership include excellence in resort accommodations and hospitality.
Nguyen Van Thanh, Director of the Center for Tourism Promotion Information says the cooperation between RCI Group and resorts in Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa has proved an appreciation for the high quality of the local resorts. It is good for the tourism promotion helping to attracting more tourists.
