Travelers to Nha Trang can come to tourist information kiosks to get maps, brochures, internet access and consultancy for free.
In 2007, Khanh Hoa Tourism Promotion Center built two tourist information kiosks, one by Four Season Tourist Area in Nha Trang and the other at Cam Ranh Airport. The kiosks offer free maps, leaflets and brochures on big beauty spots in the province such as Vinpearl Land, Hoa Lan Stream Tourist Area, Monkey Island, Thap Ba Hot Spring and Old Nha Trang Tourist Area. Consultants and networked computers are also available there for travelers to search tourist information. Such kiosks are very useful for travelers, especially foreigners.

Coming to the kiosk by Four Season Tourist Area one morning, I saw three groups of foreign tourists come there to ask tourist information in only 30 minutes. Tran Le Ngoc Trinh, an agent there, guided them carefully and gave them maps and brochures.
“I often come to tourist kiosks to get consultancy. I believe in the consultants because they are honest and hospitable. I hope Nha Trang to have more such kiosks”, said Kani Kraft, a British tourist from Japan.
“Tourists often come here for maps and information on tourist spots. Some may ask about prices of restaurants and hotels”, Trinh said.
Khanh Hoa Tourism Promotion Center has a plan to build a kiosk at Nha Trang Railway Station but hasn’t developed it because of finance lack, according to Nguyen Van Thanh, manager of the center.
At present, some tourist cities in the country like Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Lat and Hoi An have electronic kiosks which are very convenient for tourists. Nha Trang desires to have expenditure to build such electronic kiosks to serve tourists better.
