To facilitate train ticket buying, Nha Trang Railway Station has recently improved infrastructures and ticket selling.
Nha Trang Railway Station now is good looking with airy campus, ornamental trees in front, commodious ticket office and comfortable waiting room to create good conditions for ticket buyers.
The station also has launched different forms of ticket selling. Buyers now can get tickets at the station, at agencies, by home delivery service and through internet.
At the station, the ticket buying has become polite and modern as buyers are called in numberial order. There’s always security force keeping order at the station and preventing black marketeers.

Additionally, passengers can book train tickets at website www.vetau.com.vn and do payment at transaction spots, ATMs of VietinBank, agencies or the station.
Thu Hang, a ticket buyer, said, “I’m satisfied with service at Nha Trang Station. I don’t have to queue up for a long time like before.”
Nguyen Duc Manh, Chief of Nha Trang Station, said, “With great efforts in reform, long queue and jostle are no more seen at the station, even on special occasions. Our staff also has been trained to serve customers professionally and friendly.”
