A modern project called E-Land Four Seasons will be built to replace for Four Seasons tourist area in Nha Trang. The project with underground works is expected to make the seaside clearer and the city more modern.
Four Seasons tourist area, including three coffee shops adjoining each other on Tran Phu Street, was a favorite destination of tourists as well as residents in Nha Trang owing to the beautiful scenery with sea view, delicious drinks and food. The best drink of Four Seasons has been coffee which is plain, clean, manually roasted and delicious.
With aim to make the seaside clear, Khanh Hoa Province People’s Committee has ratified E-Land Four Seasons entertainment – service complex project worth VND150 billion developed by Nha Trang Four Seasons Limited Company, a joint venture of Hai Dang Limited Company and Khanh Hoa Tourism Company.

The project includes a park, a restaurant, a mall, a discotheque. The park, covering an area of 4,403 sq.m., will be very good-looking and modern with green trees, flower gardens, water fountain and many others. Among service works, the restaurant is the only work on the land while the others will be built underground. The underground discotheque, 1,000 sq.m. will be very luxurious.
Le Xuan Thom, CEO of Nha Trang Four Seasons Limited Company, said, “We hope E-Land Four Seasons project will partly build a more modern image of Nha Trang City in the eyes of tourists.”
