According to the Government’s draft Resolution on measures for the socioeconomic plan and budget estimates in 2013, norms have been set up for Khanh Hoa Province as follows: GDP rising by 5.5%, export turnover rising by 10%, budget overspending not exceeding 4.8% of GDP, the total development investment capital making up 30% of GDP, rate of poor households cut by 2%m 1.6 million labors given jobs and some others.
