To reduce difficulties for real estate market, many banks have launched a lot of lending programs to buy houses with preferential interest rates.
SeABank is offering a 9.9%/year interest rate. VIB also has a package of VND1,000 billion with 9.9%/year in interest rate for house purchase and repair till February, 2013.
Eximbank has just launched VND5,000 billion for real estate loans.
Other banks such as Vietcombank, Vietinbank and BIDV give preferential interest rates to support investors of real estate projects.
