The Ministry of Finance has just promulgated Circular 09/2013/TT-BTC, which reduces interest rate on loans in VND for export to 10.2% per annum.

The previous interest rate on loans in VND for export was 11.4% per annum.
The interest rate of 10.2% per annum is applied as from January 17, 2013.
