According to Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Industry and Trade, the province needs about 193,000 laborers for industry from now till 2015, including 6,384 for mining, 130,000 for processing, 5,449 for electricity, gas, water production and distribution and 51,226 for construction. At present, the labor supply in the province is rather abundant and the young force is very advantageous for the development stargety of the industry.
