Khanh Hoa Province in the first quarter of 2013 collected more than VND1,739 billion in taxes, increasing by 8.8% compared to the same period last year.
Items of taxes showing year-on-year increase were from local State-own enterprises (10% up), foreign-invested ones (14.5% up), non-State industries, trades and services (11.2% up), registration fees (21.1% up) and some others.

To reach the plan of the second quarter as well as the whole year, the provincial Tax Department has taken some measures such as timely guiding taxpayers preferential policies on tax, speeding up overdue taxes, intensifying tax inspections and collecting tax arrears effectively.
