VIETBANK is offering a preferential interest rate program to housing loans for individuals who have stable salary.
Accordingly, borrowers can choose one of two rate packages. First, the rate is 11.5% per annum and unchanged till December 31, 2013 and then, the rate can be changed every three months. Second, the rate is 0% per annum for the first month and is 12.56% per annum in 11 following months.
