Vietnam ranks the seventh in the world in economic growth potential and the fourth within emerging Asia-Pacific economies, according to the Grant Thornton Global Dynamism Index (GDI) 2013 released on September 27.

The country also gets some other terms with in-grade promotion such as human resource which jumps by 6 grades to the seventh and financial environment which rises by 4 grades to the 26th.
