Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) has just launched a programm called “Fast access, low interest rate” for its “Blue Diamond” close members.

Accordingly, borrowers with realty collateral worth from VND100 million dong or more will enjoy fixed interest rate of 11 percent per year in the first three months or 12 percent per year during the first 6, 9 and 12 months. Loans from VND500 million or more enjoys a fixed interest rate of 10 percent per year in the first three months.
The program lasts till December 31, 2013.
