Vietinbank has just launched a credit program of VND2000 billion for lenders who are individuals, household, small enterprises for consumption or production.

The loans for production enjoys a preferential interest rate of 8.99% per year in a maximum term of three months while the interest rate for consumption is 10.5% per year with a preferential term up to 6 months.
The program lasts till January 7, 2014.
