Leaders of the State Bank of Vietnam and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Vietnam have recently signed the Second Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Development Program – Subprogram 2.
Accordingly, ADB will give a USD50 million policy-based concessional loan to support the Government’s efforts in the small and medium-sized enterprise development in Vietnam through simplifying trade processes, improving access to finance, supporting women-owned enterprises, and setting up equality for private enterprises. Then, the fund is expected to facilitate small and medium-sized enterprises to join the global supply.
