Overcoming many difficulties, Khanh Hoa Post has made a breakthrough in operation and business in 2013.
Building up trademark
The achievements resulted from the efforts of the whole business during the year. Right from the beginning, Khanh Hoa Post built up and implemented business plan along with specific methods seriously. In addition, the business inovated the management, improved service capacity and got clients’ satisfaction.
Specifically, to two main service groups of mailing and financial post, Khanh Hoa Post approached clients more actively by taking postal consignments in the place of clients, computerizing service operation and promoting new services.
In 2013, Khanh Hoa Post Office merged VExpress into EMS (Express Mail Service), coordinated with other firms such as DHL and UPS to develop agents and forwarded services of COD as well as VNQuickPost. Especially, the business got nearly 100 new clients, including big ones like Khanh Hoa Salangane Nest Company, Seafoods F17 Joint Stock Company and Khatoco Ostrich and Crocodile Business Company.
Besides, Khanh Hoa Post expanded collection services for companies of finance, insurance, power and telecommunication, coordinated with Lien Viet Post Bank to put software for post saving into use in 13 post offices, launched Paypost in the whole province, improved customer service and so on.
Accordingly, the two main service groups have a good growth. The turnover of mailing group in 2013 reached VND34.1 billion, increasing by 21% over 2012, and the figure of financial post group was VND7.9 billion, 43% up over 2012.

Forwarding public administration services
In 2013, Khanh Hoa Post also developed public administration services to raise turnover.
From July 1, 2013, under the Government’s policy on retirement pension payment through post office system, Khanh Hoa Post did the payment for 147,000 turns of people with over VND463 billion. The work got good feedbacks from the public, contributing to the local social security.
From this success, Khanh Hoa Post expanded to other units. For instance, Khanh Hoa Post coordinated the local departments and branches to deliver identity cards, passports, files, etc. to ordered addresses.
According to Ung Thi Van, deputy sales manager of Khanh Hoa Post, public administration services grew well and earned a turnover of about VND3 billion. Khanh Hoa Post will intensify this kind of potential services.
