In 2013, enterprises in Dien Phu Industrial Group (located in Dien Phu Commune, Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province) and Dac Loc Industrial Group (located in Vinh Phuong Commune, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province) operated effectively, contributing to the local socioeconomic development.
Khanh Hoa Garment Joint Stock Company, operating in Dien Phu Industrial Group since 2006, always achieves turnover increasing year by year. In 2013 particularly, the company got a turnover of VND167 billion and created jobs for 1,000 local laborers. It also exported over 3 million of products to the US. “Dien Phu Industrial Group has a convenient location, good infrastructures and good conditions for production,” the leader’s company said.
Tan Minh Production – Trade – Construction – Service Joint Stock Company built up and put a vast factory of tempered glass into use in the industrial group. According to Vo Xuan Minh, director of the company, the factory has been invested over VND28 billion with a production capacity of 650,000 sq.m. of glass.

Dien Phu Industrial Group, covering an area of 43.8 hectares, has attracted 27 enterprises to register investment in fields of mechanics, handicrafts, inferior decoration, garment and granite. 21 out of 27 enterprises have started operation, achieving more than VND785 billion in industrial production value for 2013, delivering VND36 billion to the State budget and creating jobs for nearly 2,500 laborers.
Dac Loc, 32.9 hectares in area, invested VND64 billion, has drawn 18 enterprises investing in mechanics, electrical refrigeration, electronics, home appliances, packing, printing, handicrafts, etc. 10 out of 18 enterprises have been put into operation with a total industrial production value of VND324 billion, delivering VND18 billion to the State budget and creating jobs for more than 1,100 laborers.
In the coming time, to make enterprises feel secure for production, the provincial Trade Promotion and Industry Encouragement Center will intensify to protect security and environment in the two industrial groups.
