Industrial Production Index (IPI) of Khanh Hoa Province in the first two months of 2014 has increased by 6.6% compared to that in the same period last year. Specifically, processing and manufacture rose by 6.8%; production and distribution of electricity, fuel, hot water, steam, air-conditioner went up by 8%; water supply, sewage and garbage disposal increased by 7.9%. Some industries with year-on-year increases in IPI are bed, wardrobe, table, chair (9.8% up), clothing (8.1% up) and foodstuff (5% up). Some products with year-on-year increases in IPI are RS sugar (29.8%), bottled beer (13.4%), electricity for production (18.4%), salangane nest drinks and other nutritious drinks (2.6% up).

In February 2, labor using index of industrial enterprises has increased by 1.8% over January and 13.6% year-on-year.
