The Bank for Social Policies has delivered the document on lending to poor households in poor districts under Decision 2621 dated December 31, 2013 by the Prime Minister.
Accordingly, such households can access a maximum loan of VND10 million with an interest rate equal to 50% the current rate for poor households (0.65%/month) in 3 years to buy breeders of cattle, poultry and seafood or to develop their industries. The rate is applied for loans from January 1, 2014.
