With right investment, 584 Nha Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company, established in 1977, has become one of leading fish sauce producers in Vietnam now. Currently, the company creates stable jobs for more than 100 laborers with an average income of over VND6.5 million/person/month. Interests of the laborers always are ensured according to regulations. The company also pays attention to improving skill and level for laborers. 36.5% of the employees have graduated university and higher level.
Determining human resource as the most precious property as well as the decisive factor for success, the management has coordinated closely with its Labor Union to ensure legal rights and interests for laborers and raising their living. Annually, the Labor Union holds a meeting to catch thoughts and desires of the laborers and solves their problems opportunely. As a result, spiritual and material living has been kept stable.
