According to Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the capital for new rural area building in 2014 is expected to be VND203 billion, including VND184 billion of growth capital and the rest for economic non-business capital.
Of VND184 billion of growth capital, VND48 billion has been allocated for the first stage; VND53 billion will be poured for 10 communes to qualify for new rural area standards in 2014, VND22 billion for 10 other communes in 2015 and VND35 billion for the remaining ones.
