Recently, Khanh Hoa Provincial Farmers’ Association has held a conference on managing the Fund for Supporting Farmers.
In 2014, farmers’ funds of communes have been completely transferred to the district level. In the first four months of the year, farmers’ funds at all levels in the province have been added VND1.9 billion in total, raising the fund of the whole province to VND18.2 billion.
